These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the KungFu.Life website, member platform, community, online courses, live online classes, replays, digital resources, memberships, examinations and other services.
KungFu.Life is a trading name of Xin Sunfield Ltd, a company registered in Ireland under CRO number 773961, with its registered address at:
Knockraheen, Roundwood, Wicklow, Ireland
Throughout these Terms, “KungFu.Life”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Xin Sunfield Ltd, trading as KungFu.Life.
You can contact us at hello@kungfu.life.

In these Terms:
By browsing the Platform, creating an account, joining the community, purchasing an Offer or accessing Content, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform or purchase our services.
Â
KungFu.Life offers online Shaolin-inspired movement, Kung Fu, Qi Gong, stretching, meditation, wellness and personal-development learning experiences.
Depending on the Offer you purchase, access may include:
The precise Content, access period, price, payment schedule and any special conditions for an Offer will be shown on the relevant sales page and at checkout.
Those Offer-specific details form part of your agreement with us. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and specific Offer terms, the specific Offer terms will apply to that Offer.
Our Platform is intended for adults aged 18 or over.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when creating an account or making a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
You are responsible for protecting your account login details and password. You must not share, sell, transfer or allow another person to use your account.
Please contact us promptly at hello@kungfu.life if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Prices, payment frequency, taxes where applicable, and the duration of access will be shown clearly before you complete your purchase.
Where you purchase a recurring membership, your membership will renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
You may cancel a recurring membership through your account billing settings where available, or by contacting us at hello@kungfu.life. Unless the relevant Offer states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payments already made for an active membership period are not normally refundable simply because you have not used the service. This does not affect any cancellation, refund or other consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
Where a payment fails, we may suspend or limit access until payment is successfully received. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the details held on your account.
If we change the price of a recurring membership, we will give you reasonable advance notice by email before the new price applies. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
You can cancel a recurring KungFu.Life membership at any time through your account billing settings or by emailing us at hello@kungfu.life.
Cancelling your membership will stop future renewals. Unless you are eligible for a refund under the Welcome Guarantee below, you will continue to have access until the end of your current paid membership period.
We want you to feel confident when beginning your journey with KungFu.Life.
If this is your first paid KungFu.Life membership purchased through our website, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. You do not need to give a reason.
To request your refund, simply email hello@kungfu.life from the email address connected to your membership. Once your refund has been processed, your membership access will end.
This Welcome Guarantee applies to a first paid membership purchase only. It does not apply to membership renewals, upgrades, payment-plan instalments, Lifetime Offers, examinations, retreats, workshops, events or other one-off purchases, unless the relevant Offer page states otherwise.
Nothing in this section affects any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
Â
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access the Content included in your purchased Offer for your own private learning and practice.
You may not:
You are welcome to share your own personal practice, reflections and progress on social media. Please do not upload substantial recordings of our classes or course materials, share other members’ personal information, or present yourself as an authorised KungFu.Life instructor unless we have agreed this with you in writing.
Live classes, workshops and events may be provided by KungFu.Life instructors or guest teachers.
We may make reasonable changes to class times, instructors, formats or schedules where necessary. Where possible, we will give advance notice through the Platform or by email.
Some live classes, workshops and community sessions may be recorded and made available to eligible members as replays. If you attend with your camera or microphone enabled, you may be visible or audible in the recording.
We will let participants know when a session is being recorded. We will not use identifiable recordings of you in external promotional material without your permission.
Replay availability may vary by Offer. Where a replay period is stated, such as three months, access will end at the end of that stated period.

We will seek your permission before using your identifiable community posts, photos or videos for external marketing or promotional purposes.
You confirm that you have the right to post anything you share and that it does not infringe another person’s privacy, copyright, intellectual-property or other rights.

Participation in an examination does not guarantee a pass, qualification, certificate or particular outcome.
Certificates are issued only where the applicable assessment requirements have been met.
We aim to keep the Platform available and functioning well. However, we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at every moment.
We may update, improve, replace or withdraw parts of the Platform or Content from time to time, including where required for technical, security, legal or operational reasons.
Where a change is likely to materially reduce the core service you have paid for during an active access period, we will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice and provide any remedies required by applicable law.
The Platform may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, video-hosting services, email providers and social-media platforms.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform where we reasonably believe that you have:
Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. We may suspend or terminate access immediately where there is a serious breach, security concern, fraud, abuse or risk of harm.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
We provide the Platform and Content with reasonable care and skill.
We do not guarantee particular fitness, health, wellbeing, martial-arts, financial, emotional or personal-development results from using our Content or attending our classes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KungFu.Life is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
For minor changes, we may update the Terms by publishing the revised version on our website.
For material changes that affect active members, we will give reasonable advance notice by email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the updated Terms will indicate acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not mean that we waive that provision.
